I use Dreamweaver 8, and i have 2 problems if anyone can help

1. i want to password the photographes on my site so only people with the user name and password can log in, i dont want a data base of members, just a log in i can give out

2. how do i get the image beside the url, you know when you type www.google.ie you get the "G" beside the www.... how do you do that??
