the extension flashalbum 2 makes trouble, when started DW CS3!

Even if I extensions the deinstall with the extensions-manager, is her further in DW menu available.
When i new install the extension display this errormessages:

when i click of ok then come 2. (but same) error-message <img src="personamedia.de/2007-09-23_020124.jpg" border=0>

now of okay started DW and the 3. error-message <img src="personamedia.de/2007-09-23_020209.jpg" border=0>

The errormessage is now in DWCS3 not DW8
