Hello everyone, I need some help!

I have designed a website using dreamweaver. I am a photographer so very new on dreamweaver. I design my websites by using layers. (its the easiet way for me as I do not understand codes).

I have entered a wrapp and centered it. now I am trying to put everything together. It seems to work when I change the layers positions from absolute to relative. However it doesnt work with all layers as sometimes I move a layer and this makes all the website to go all over the place. Why would that be? Also sometimes I get it right on the design but then I go to preview and again everything is all over the place!!!

Can anyone help me?? I am desperate!! I have been trying for hours but I cant work it out! can I lock the layers and move them all in one go?? Any suggestions. Please tell me in easy terms coz I do not know much about codes!!!
