I have an animated menu I've designed for a food company. On the website, they want it to pop up over the page's content.

My question is: is there a code out there that allows a pop-up without being blocked? Everything I've tried gets blocked, especially javascript.

Any help is appreciated!

Perhaps, you should check the following Advanced Layer Popup extension for Dreamweaver:

It creates popup window which is base on iframes, JavaScript, and Css.
Because, the created popup is considered as a part of the page it is not blocked by the popup-blockers.
(The only why to be blocked this kind of popup is JavaScript to be disabled)
