It looks like it works fine on mine.

This issue could be caused from your:
* IE settings (disabled JavaScript and enabled popup blocker)
* Wrong paths for the Advanced HTML Editor 2 JavaScript tags:
<BLOCKQUOTE id=quote><font size=1 face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica" id=quote>quote:<hr height=1 noshade id=quote>&lt;script language="JavaScript" src="ScriptLibrary/AdvHTMLLang.js"&gt;&lt;/script&gt;

You were right it was actually some garbally javascript above this code that was interferring.
Works wonderfully in IE7
