I have a question about web design. I used to be good in HTML and JavaScript and PHP, but those times are long gone. According to my past work experience, I was asked to create some kind of eFlyer for company webpage. I said, I can try. So here I am asking stupid questions <img src=../images/flzone/forum/icon_smile_shy.gif border=0 align=middle>. I need to create something (flyer, announcement), which opens over existing HTML document and you can read latest news and then close it without reloading page. It is supposed to be in Flash or something similar.

So, can you please point me to some tutorials and basics ? Any help greatly appeciated, Thanks.
