What do I have to do to get DMXZone and Kagi to communicate????????????????????? I purchased the Advanced Popup Layer from DMXZone and paid Kagi Saturday, JUne 30 and I still haven't received download notification from DMXZone. I find this incredibly irritating and disappointing! Sorry for the inconvenience, the e-mail with details on how to download your product is automatically send but gets blocked sometimes as it is falsely identified as spam.
Please go to DMXzone.com, make sure you are logged in then go to MyDMXzone / MyPurchases. There you will find all your purchases and serial numbers.
