Hey i havent done any webwork in some time and im working on a 3 frame html i used alot of graphics and strange text all of which i exported from photoshop as web gif's. the 2 toolbars are both images with hotspots over the text in the images.. i previewed it in my browser and all the images and the site was perfect size and was working.. when i uploaded it and looked at it through a computer with a 600-800 screensize there were scroll bars and the images were obviusly larger, and if i make all the images smaller it looks akward on a 768-1024 or 1280-960 that i was using before..
is there any way i can make it set to the boundries of the frameset or automatically scale to the screensize of the viewer without having to shrink all my images?

I believe it is out of your control. The screen resolution on monitors vary but 600x800 is rather low to todays standards and I would just disregard how it looks at that resolution. Ofcourse, that's not taking into account that the main purpose of the site is to view it on the 600x600 display and in that case, I would adjust the pixel size on the images to display on the 600x600 correctly.
