I was wondering if there was an "Email this to a Friend" button extension made?

I want to have the capability on my e-commerce site for an individual to email the product page to a friend or family member , on the fly...with a button , and then maybe a small popup window that would take the name, email address and a small note of the receiving party.

could anyone help me out here....
