I am trying to draw a layer and insert a table and but it is grayed out. I don't know how I can activate that. Do you have any idea, what I have to do to mak it active? I created a site, a new file. after that I wanted to creat a Layer. But the Draw Layer is not active.

I'm not real sure, I've made layes work before in an earlier version of Dreamweaver but in this version I noticed my Layer option was grayed out too. Here's what I did to turn it on. Go to the Command option on the menu bar, scroll down and click Add/Remove Netscpe Resize Fix... on the drop-down menu then click the Add button in the dialog box that pops up. Next for some reason I had to be in the Standard Mode in the Layout section. Then the magically the Layer option became available.
Hope that helps.
