I want to use a new spry-ajax effect using dreamweaver cs3.

I tried fade-appear. I also tried the other ones. But they do not seem to work at all.
I think I do not do it the right way. Somewhere there is a mistake.

I select the tag. I go to behaviors panel. I make some changes to this window (seconds etc).
I save the page. No error messages till now.

Then I try it on the browser (localhost server running).
Nothing changed from the previous status of this page. Like no applying the effect at all.

What am I doing wrong?

Does these spry effects apply only to div's?
Not to <td> tags of a table?
