I was read previous post but don't help me to much.

my databaee is hosted on www.shock.co.ba and test database details are:

server: localhost
name: asd
user: asduser
pass: lozinka

I was successful make testing and remote site details in DW but when i try to make connection I get error
access denied. file dont exist or permission problem

what could be a problem? Site is hosted under plesk control panel and nothing there about user permisions.
