I do apologize for posting this issue to this forum but I'm getting a little desperate.

I've been having a long series of problems with my Dreamweaver installation which have required me to continuously scrap my configuration directory and reinstall everything repeatedly. I believe that issue has been resolved. However when I try to set everything up again, I am getting errors that I've reached my maximum installations of Pure ASP Upload and Smart Image Processor. The error message indicates that I should email which I have done several times with no response. No response for 2+ weeks. I've also emailed
