using dw cs3.

my show/hide arrow-tab for files panel has disappeared.

this is the small tab, located on the right side, which allows you to show/hide your files in a single click.

mine has disappeared.

there is also a show/hide arrows-tab at the bottom. this one is still there.

both these arrow-tabs are visible in the top set of graphics located here:

webmaster.appstate.edu/support/beginning_dw/publishing.htm

can somebody tell me how to get this back?

seems like it should be easy, but i have searched to no avail.
