DW8.0.2/Ms Sqlserver2000
Have a detail page with 20 columns from database that I want to display. It only shows the three first ones on browser (IE6 & Firefox).
In servers behaviors panel, everything seeems to be ok (no exclamation point on the 20 rsfields, presence of the 2 recordsets (one I created in Master Page and one automatically generated by Master/Detail Page process.)
Any clue how I can fix this ? Thanks

Did you put any filters on it? Did you double check the detail page to make sure it set it all up properly? What is the code? I'll try my best to help

No, I didn't put no filter. I fixed it restarting from scratch now. And it works. Only problem is if I want (and I want to) modify the form generated by Master/Detail page process. For example, copy and paste or drag and drop one of the rsfield to another form on the same page. Or if I put this form below or above other forms (a logo, a table, anything) As soon as I touch something there ...pffffft... it only shows the first three fields and all the rest disappears...
Must be a reason why.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I shoudl be able to drag and drop any field that's in my recordsert on left panel (server behaviors) and put it on a form to be shown up , shouldn't I ?
Thank you for any answer. Still DW is a good tool, but I got weird echoes sometimes especially with advanced recordsets ...

I am having the same problem with dreamweaver acting all funny and messing up coding. I have to keep restarting my machine to make it work right. Its seems like dreamweaver doesn't like it once things get complicated. I haven't been able to use the master/detail function, I've had to do it all by hand. I love dreamweaver definitely makes my life easier, but sometimes man I want to put my fist through the screen. You might want to grab a copy of the code before you modify, paste it into like notepad and then do the same after, compare them and see what you can figure out, otherwise you just might have to create it manually, sorry I can't be of more help. I am kinda in the same boat myself, I can create pages but as soon as I try to repeat region everything goes crazy.

I fixed the problem not using anymore the automatic building master/detail pages process in one operation (which generates a detail pages so hard to deal with- fields disappearing, etc.).
I simply created a master page and a separate detail page.
This you'll find in Dreamweaver help under the section "building master/detail pages block by block".
Now my detail pages displays all the results (20) ... except images!
I tried:
1º to drag and drop the image fields from server behavior panel,
2º to insert from data sources.
3º create a specific recordset for the images
But it just does not work properly.
Adobe Tech staff recomends to upload the scripts folder to the server if using DW8.02 one makes any change in active content.
But it just does not work properly.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
