Help needed.Newbie to site so I hope Im in the correct forum.
I am setting up a database drive site(student assignment). I have the general serach page set up link and posting url query string to individual item page. I want to be able to let the end user return to general search and still have the items displayed. I think the way to do this is to cache the search results and time limit it but not sure and dont know how to implement. Can anyone help.
If so please keep relatively simply. Also if a user enters the site on the search page they cn go as far as request to place bid before having to sign in. After sign in I want to return them to search results they looked at. Can I also use cache to accomplish this. All help is much appreciated. Pity a panicking student
