Hey, I made a newsletter for a customer of mine stuck it in dreamweaver and made some hyperlinks over the image. How do I send it out as a newsletter?

One way- is load it to your site, open the page in Outlook (assuming you have it) and right clickt o send it as html mail. Test it first though.
There a few caveats
make sure all your paths are absolute- ie with the full url as the readers arent logged directly onto your domain
Its usually best to stick any css in the header rather than in a separate file
You might find a noticeable space gets inserted at the top that you need to delete manually

There are almost certainly other ways but html mail in this way is not something I have really ever got my head round.
