I am trying to make a layer 'show' when the mouse is passed over a hot spot. The only problem I am having is that when you move the mouse the layer flickers show/hide.
The hot spot and the layer occupy the same area which is why I think things are strange. If they are not overlapping there is no problem. Is there a solution or might I have to resort to a flash movie?
