When I use the test in browser facilitiy in D8 I nearly always have to keep resetting the complete browser i.e tools-internet options-etc. to get the browser to see the latest set of files. This is where I have IIS running and this is the remote site. I even check-in my files. For some changes it seems pot luck as resetting does not do the trick. This makes it very difficult to know if a change has worked. Fireworks is better but I often have to do a complete reset (tools-options(privacy)-clear now). I am using FF2 but it's the same with FF1.5.
