Hi yea,
I have sent 3 emails so far and no reply, how can I have my extensions reset, when I try and use my serials I am told that the maximum times of activation have been reached and the need to be reset. over the last 5 years I would believe I have loaded each extension no more then 10 times, can some one let me use my products that I have purchased.


I was hoping to finish a project today. that does not seem like the case.
