When will the TIME OUT TEMPLATE BUG FIXED???????????????????????

A client is very upset because I cannot solve this problem because I use third-party components that are not WORKING. I create a newsletter system that's NOT WORKING. Every time I have to tell them the third-party company is working on a solution. BUT THEY DON'T..

NEED A SOLUTION.........ARE YOU WORKING ON A SOLUTION...YET???????????????????

The operation timed out

I have almost the same problem.
I don't get the dll message but an http500error after a while.
The progresswindow can't get any progressinformation, but the file in my temp dir says "total=6776&current=88".
My ISP has increased their script-timout settings to 20 min, without any luck.
I have tested both CDO and ASPmail settings without any luck.

My client will leave me soon if I can't get this to work.
