I am doing a site where I am developing on my laptop at home and in the office. If I create a ste file (as the help says this is the way to transfer sites) this does not enable me to transfer the actual files.

How do I transfer the changes I make at one end to the other end?

How do I replicate the site (say by transfering the complete file base) from say 'siteV1' to 'siteV2' by transfering the local folder and easily link into the remote site? There seems to be no mamagement advice of this sort in the help section.

Or have I missed something obvious!
