when i try to put a flash onto my site it keeps giving me a error after putting it about 33% of the way

log says:

The file "/tccspot.com/whatisthatfinal.swf" was skipped because the old remote file could not be deleted.

but this is strange because this is the first time ive tried to put this on my site

any suggestions/help

ok ive figured that pat out but no when i try to add flash to the site it shows up in dreamweaver but when i upload it to my site it doesnt show up
