I have two questions / issues with Pure PHP upload:

1) I am getting a permissions not set on parentrap error when I try to upload pictures from a form. It was working earlier, but now I'm getting this error.

Permissions on the upload images folder and upload thumbails are 777.


2) How do I get Pure PHP upload to skip if someone edits a form where a picture already exsists in the database, and doesn't submit a new picture? Currently, if I upload the form where a pic already exists (and don't add a new pic) the existing pic gets erased.
