This morning I purchase (well I thought I did) an ebook and received a message saying I would get an email with download instructions. I have had no email with instructions, and have emailed sales 3 times already today from 2 different email accounts. I thought the point in buying an ebook was that I would receive it quickly - HELP!!! I really need this information today!!!

I think sales will answer you today, in the weekends nobody is available to answer any questions.

If you haven't received any e-mail you can always check the MyDMXzone / Purchases if the sale was successful. If it is in the list then you can download the product from the product page where you also purchased it.
