Does Dreamweaver create local profiles some where on the hard drive? The reason I am asking is I just created a new domain and a new user profile.
After logging on to the new domain and going into Dreamweaver none of my
websites show up. They are still on the computer I can map to them but
Dreamweaver does not see them. Same thing happen with Globalscape CUTEFtp
all of my setting for my ftp accounts are gone. Any suggestions?

Your site details and ftp details are held as local configuration files and as you have created a new user under windows (even if name the same it will create a new user as there is now a domain name involved) the files will be stored under the other user profile.
Files are usually located under documents & settings / yourusername / application data / macromedia /
and I would imagine a simular path for the ftp settings to. If you have admin rights you can browse this and copy them across.
