I created drop down menis in Dreamweaver MX. But for some unknown reason,
the menu bars are not be seen over the image below

had a quick look, I don't have time to look in detail

I suspect those expanding texts on the left are in a layer that is in front of your menus.

You may be able to change the stacking order of the layers to overcome this
