<font face='Tahoma'>I have just signed up for the site today and purchased the ToolTips MX for Dreamweaver. I paid online through PayPal and have not received my link to download the file. I've emailed the sales department, but I think it's unprofessional at the least to say something that is apparently not the case. Now I'm sitting here waiting for my link so I can continue my work. I'm not impressed. If this is the rule and not the exception, I won't be purchasing from this site again. Thanks</font id='Tahoma'>Jen Haskill

Apparently, it was my browser. I am on a mac and using Safari. I opened the same thing in Firefox, logged in and saw the link to download it. Thanks
