I am trying to make a page fit 1024x768 perfect and I don't care if it scrolls at 800x600. I used a background image in my page that is 1023px with all margins 0 and it looks perfect. (The background is the banner and left nav) I then inserted a jpg as my footer that is 1022px and it creates a scroll. I also set everything to 0, align left, and there is a small gap. I even manually went through my code and deleted any space between my <tr>
