Hi I'm hoping someone can help

I put up a page at www.fxfour.net/intro.html but it was far too long so I wanted to chop it into parts.

But when I put in the new border I want and pasted it the centre section it has squashed up all the copyhttp://www.fxfour.net/intro2.html - I know its probably something with a style sheet but cant for the life of me find the code that should be taken out - I'm not a coder and I'm lost here.

ANY help would e great
