Is it possible to create a webpage based on a template stored on the server where the name of the page would be pulled from a database field. The idea being that i could craete and remove pages at will, link them into XTREEME's DHTML Dynamic menu and used Advanced HTML Editor to dynamically update the content of the page i've created.

I'm not sure if this is possible ? Can anyone help ?

Yes, it is completely possible... many of the sites I create have pages that are database generated via the method you noted.
