This just started a few minutes ago, and it's making me crazy!

I'm running DW 8.02 on Windows XP. I'm creating an ASP Website with a connection to an Access 2003 database. And suddenly, every few seconds (mainly when I click on a form field) the danged system pauses to reload the "database scheme."

Does anyone know why this is happening, and more importantly, how to stop it?
