Newbie: Dreamweaver Apache Path issue

I have installed Apache 2.2 and PHP 5.6.1 and am using Dreamweaver to preview a .php file to test the installation. But I get a 404 error when I try to preview using Dreamweaver's preview option for IE.

Can anyone help. Is it the way that Dreamveaver is configured?
