Hi everyone, I am new to CSS and Dreamweaver. We are trying to make our website more interesting, so hence I have ended up here

Were are trying to create a textfield that has richtext in it that is inputed by us and uploaded to our site so that the page it appears on is like normal though you can scroll the textbox etc. --- but no input. We have managed to make it read only which is quite easy, and have managed to find more than enough information on rich text for textfield though they all are for a user that visits the site to input text the way they wish to, but we dont want this, as previously stated.

Can any body help with the code.
