I am curious after two days of searching and banging my head against the wall, and am certain it will be most obvious if/when someone helps me see it, but I am having a problem populating a view record page after selecting a record from a list/menu in dreamweaver.

i have created a recordset and chose recordID and userName fields from the table, showing the userName as the label field and the recordID as the values field. I have selected post as form method. When I preview the form, it appears to work fine, but when I link the form action to the page that displays all the details from the selected record, I can only view all records. if i change the recorset on the display details page to filter by url or form field, it returns absolutely no records.

Has anyone else had this problem and how do you work around it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
