I am looking for a good tried and tested way to insert multiple child records for each parent record.
The number of child records vary so this posses another challenge.
Seeing that is the case is there a way to dynamically generate form elements to afford the user
to continue to add any number of child records.
An example using DWMX / access or MSSQL will be most helpful.(ASP or ASP.NET)
