First of all, let me say that I am very new at working with databases so I apologize if this is a newbie question...

I'm creating a website using Dreamweaver, Access and ASP. The company that I'm making this website for has a list of salespeople (District Reps) who in turn, have salespeople under them (Inside Reps). I built two tables, one for the District Reps and one for Inside Reps. The Inside Reps have a column with a number corresponding to their District Rep.

Everything was fine until I realized that certain Inside Reps work for more than one of the District Reps. Is there a way to enter more than one District Rep number into the field?

How can I specify which District Rep goes with each Inside Rep (or vise versa)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
