Im really new to dreamweaver i only started this morning and i have been learning everything by looking on websites and looking for tutorials on dreamweaver, but i have become stuck.

I cant work out how to put plugins or applets for my website i looked around but no one explains is well enought for me to understand, i know you have to go to media and theres a list of plugins and applets and flash but when you click on the applet or plugin it asks you to find it on your computer.

I dont know what im ment to look for on my computer is there somthing i have to download and do you have to put in html code as well, plz can somone tell me a step by step way of getting these plugins or applets and how to put them into dreamweaver so i can watch quicktime movies on my website.
