Image Borders

Is it possible to change the color of the border around an image? Or is there a way to have a "border" around an image that is there just there for the sake of putting space between the image and the text that is wrapped around it? I want to do something similar to what you do in Microsoft Works(or Word) with an image where you can change the area that the text wraps around, but I just don't know if thats possible.
Thanks,
Dawn

The CSS Anthology is a great reference for just about anything "sneaky" you want to do with style sheets, and this particular article deals specifically with images and image borders. have fun!
