DWMX 2004 | PHP | MYSQL| links problem

As you can see above all that I am using, I have a site that that has a nav bar that pulls links (titles) from a MYSQL database using PHP now here is the problem?

The links (titles) all show as the nav bar should, but the links will not open the respective page and load in the data.

Not sure what info you would need so instead of dumping everything into this post I will await someone’s instructions. I don't think it's anything serious I am probably missing a line of code?
