URGENT: Aligning to top-left? (MX2004)

How do I align something to top left? I have a template done and an editable region put in. I need to align the editable region to the top-left of the cell it's in. I can do it in the other version of dreamweaver I have at work, but not MX 2004 I have at home! Help me!
