is version 8 really worth the upgrade cost?

I am about to purchase Dreamweaver for my entrie office and I was wondering
if it is necessary to buy Version 8 or if MX 2004 was good enough.

in other words, are the changes made in Version 8 substantial enough for me to purchase it
over MX 2004?

I like the CSS improvements in v8 over MX 2004...
I would suggest installing the demo versions of both and seeing which you like before buying.
