I've read all the posts relating to this problem and spent the weekend trying to solve the following problem but to no avail. Can anyone help?

I've got two partitions on my PC, one running Windows 98, the other running Windows 2000. I have Personal Web Manager installed on both. However, with apparently identical settings and ODBC DSN one (Windows 98) displays my home page Default.asp located in C:\InetPub\wwwroot\myfolder and the other (Windows 2000) does not - I just get Page Cannot Be Displayed (without error code).

This may be related to my problem in Dreamweaver8 where I've set up my site and when I go to try create a recordseton the Windows 2000 partition, the buttons are greyed out and I just have a link to "Setup Testing Server" which I've already done

I've tried reinstalling dreamweaver and personal web manager (pws i think some people call it)

If anyone can shed any light on whether my problem lies with Dreamweaver, personal web manager or neither I'b be grateful,

Thanks, Mark

Just want to answer at least one of my own questions. My IIS wasn't working because i had port 81 assigned to it. Changed to port 80 and it worked.
Still left with the original problem of Dreamweaver asking me to set up the site server (which i have). I downloaded trial version of Dreamwaever 8 to see if it was a DreamwaeverMX related problem but the problem still remains.

Anyone got any suggestions that might help ?

Thanks
