Does anyone have ever used a php script for enabling comments on a dynamic news item(article)?

I am searching for a good script that would allow people who have made a login, to comment an article, but the comments would not go on air before a moderator look at them.

An example of a comment script is this one (not what I want for many reasons):

There are so many scripts and the choise is quite difficult.
Maybe some web designers have used some 'comment scripts' in php, so they can tell here what they have chosen and if it works well.

Have you got a database ready? It all depends what kinda script you want. I don't kno any of the scripts but it can be created fairly easily.
