hi im working an a site and the flash animation is not active until you click on it.. what did i do wrong?? i do animation and am not html literate.. site is www.urbanbabyusa.com

If you have to click the flash animation in order to activate the control, this is due to a global wide Microsoft Internet Explorer security update. Google up a search on removing it. There are some work arounds by embedding the movie in the page.
