using ASP and MS ACCESS

i have a column called strAddDate

I want to provide 3 link to my users

Link 1 - When clicked updates the strAddDate column with 10 days

Link 2 - When clicked updates the strAddDate column with 20days

Link 3 - When clicked updates the strAddDate column with 30days

How can I do this ?
