need a bit of help with dynamic menus, can dynamic menus be used in an insert or update behaviour in dreamweaver mx
I have 3 tables that have a list of colours/metals which are added/deleted too independantly in other pages.
I wanted to use these tables in a main insert/update record form.
Basically when i do try it, it gives me the null error for that drop menu or if i try to update an already exisiting record it wont update the record.

Any help would be great.

Yes it can be used. Just make sure that the ID is being passed in the <option value=""> tag.
