I cannot get an error to appear when the file exceeds the limits I have set.

If the image is too wide, no error appears and the image processes like normal.

If the file size is over 1 meg, (1.47mg) the browser displays an error message:
"Can't open page www.zrob.com/chgimage.asp?passpod=1&GP_upload=true" because it could not connect to the server www.zrob.com.

Why are the file size restrictions not working?
