Porblems exporting/publishing/testing in Flash 8 pro due to <b>Toplevel.as</b>

every time i try to test or publish from my new flasb 8 pro, i get several of the following messages:



**Warning** Scene=Scene 1, layer=Content, frame=1:Line 1: The file 'toplevel.as', which is required for typechecking ActionScript 2.0, could not be found. Please make sure the directory '$(LocalData)/Classes' is listed in the global classpath of the ActionScript Preferences.


I have checked and found toplevel.as, and checked my actioscript settings, but it doesnt do anty good i still get the error messages, and some swfs wont work.
