right im reasonably proficient with dreamweaver mx but im experiencing a lot of confusion with div tags. Im doing a lot of tutorials out of magazines mostly, and they all say 'go to insert->common->insert div tag.

the trouble is all these tutorials are using dreamweaver 8, and icannot find this option on mx. is there anyway to find it (short of coding it yourself?)

Short answer -- NO.

The adding of the "insert div" icon and menu choice are new to DW8.

Just handcode it...its just as easy.
